Can I Receive a Refund?

All refund policies are decided by the host school or event organizer. HomeTown’s policy requires that event organizers submit refund requests on your behalf. It is at the discretion of the event organizer to refund tickets and passes, including those for rescheduled or canceled events.

We recommend contacting the event organizer directly for further details on their policies. If a refund is issued, please allow 7-10 business days for it to appear in your bank account.

What if the Event is Rescheduled?

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the event organizer may decide to refund tickets or transfer them to a new date.

What if there is a Pending Charge but I haven’t Received my Tickets or Passes?

If you haven't received your tickets or passes and notice a pending charge in your bank account, this is likely a temporary hold due to a transaction issue, such as an incorrect CVV.
