How Do I Redeem My Tickets?

Option 1 – Print Tickets at Home

1. Access your email from a computer

2. Open and download the PDF attachment

3. Print out the tickets

4. Bring the printed ticket to the event to be scanned at the event host

5. Enjoy the event! 

Option 2 – Mobile Tickets Sent to Your Email

1. Access your email on your mobile device

2. Open the purchase confirmation email 

3. Click the View Tickets button to access the Magic Link to your tickets. Show device to ticket scanner with QR Code prominently displayed

4. Scroll through to scan multiple tickets

5. Enjoy the event! 

 Option 3 – Mobile Tickets Using the Fan App

1. Open the HomeTown Ticketing Fan App

2. Select Tickets from the bottom toolbar

3. Select My Tickets or My Passes at the top depending on what type of ticket was purchased

4. Select the event you wish to attend

5. Show device to ticket scanner with QR Code prominently displayed

6. Scroll through to scan multiple tickets

7. Enjoy the event!

Note: You can also download and open the attached PDF tickets or pull up your tickets in Apple or Google Wallet.
