I Can't Find My Tickets or Passes

Need Help Finding Your Tickets?

If you're experiencing difficulties accessing your tickets or passes in the Fan App, on our website, or if you're unable to locate your confirmation email, please follow these steps to help you find your tickets or passes:

1. Check for your Confirmation Email:

To locate your tickets in your email inbox, you may need to search in your inbox, check in your spam or junk folder, or filter for attachments. The email will come from “Your Event Host” Box Office with the subject line Your receipt and tickets for “Event Name”.

2. Verify you were Charged for Your Purchase:

Make sure your ticket purchase isn’t still pending. Only completed transactions trigger a confirmation email. Tickets are emailed upon purchase confirmation, but may take as long as 5 minutes to reach your email.

3. Login to Your Profile and add all Possible Emails or Phone Numbers:

Login and update your profile in the Fan App or on events.hometownticketing.com. You should enter all possible emails or phone numbers you may have used when purchasing the ticket or pass. As long as you used one of the emails or phone numbers, you will be able to see your tickets or passes.

Note: When adding an email or phone to your profile that is already connected to another profile, you will be asked to transfer that email to your profile in order to merge accounts. You will need to verify that you own the other email address or phone number, and then verify again in order to successfully add it to your new profile.

4. Verify Your Email Address:

A typo during purchase can misdirect your confirmation. If you suspect this might be the case and all other troubleshooting has not resolved the issue, submit a fan support request including the event information and proper email. We will resend your tickets to the correct email!
